We support Class A & B office environments, institutional, higher education, healthcare, and national clients with facility maintenance and specialty floor care services. Our business is stable and profitable, and is entering a growth-focused phase as ownership transitions toward retirement.
About the RoleWe are looking for an entrepreneurial Sales & Growth Leader to drive business development and expand our presence across commercial real estate and facility management portfolios. This role has a clear pathway to equity and the ability to influence long-term company direction. We want a builder—not just a salesperson.
Responsibilities- Lead business development activities targeting Class A & B office assets and our other markets.
- Build and manage relationships with facility directors, property managers, and corporate real estate stakeholders.
- Identify and close contracted service opportunities.
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies.
- Represent the company within the commercial real estate and facilities community.
- Work directly with owner and operations leadership during transition.
- Wear multiple hats in a small, entrepreneurial environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take calculated risks.
- Experience selling commercial or facility services strongly preferred.
- Existing relationships within property management or commercial real estate is a major plus.
- Proven ability to build long‑term client relationships.
- Comfortable working in a hands‑on, outcome‑driven role.
- Motivated by upside, ownership and meaningful career path.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience selling commercial or facility services strongly preferred.
- Existing relationships within property management or commercial real estate is a major plus.
