/p pWe are looking for a bBusiness Analyst to work with stakeholders in translating business and technical requirements into clear acceptance criteria for user stories and supporting end users during product and feature rollouts. You will also serve as the link between end users and engineers, partnering with Product Managers to define user stories, capture requirements, write narratives, and support release planning.

/li liCreate SQL queries that can be used to support requirements for development or reporting /li liServe as the go‑to resource for engineering and quality assurance, clarifying requirements throughout the software development life cycle /li liDefine detailed acceptance criteria and test scenarios, ensure appropriate end user training and participate in the definition of technology solutions /li liPlan and participate in execution of User Acceptance Testing /li liProvide operational support and facilitate resolution of production issues by working with appropriate teams to research problems, track progress and determine and document solutions /li /ul erve as the voice of the end user in the product development process ul liDevelop a deep understanding of end user requirements by eliciting, analyzing, specifying, validating, and managing the true needs of customers and end users through workshops and 1:1 interviews /li liTranslate business and user requirements from conversations with customers into functional requirements, specified to an appropriate level of detail that can be used for development /li liBe able to clearly articulate the rationale and context behind every user story and client requirement.
/li /ul dentify and execute on all automation opportunities to minimize manual work for end users and provide business-focused recommendations for system improvement ul liDevelop deep knowledge and expertise in FRT’s Operational workflows /li liCreate visual modeling or diagramming of the current and proposed workflows /li liDevelop understanding of available automated data exchange opportunities using APIs and other industry standard protocols.
/li /ul pOur ideal candidate has: /p ul li4+ years’ experience in business and software usability analysis, including experience in an Agile environment; /li liA BA/BS (Masters preferred) in business administration, economics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or a related field, plus /li liAn intense customer orientation, making customers (internal and external) and their needs a primary focal point; /li liA collaborative mindset, demonstrating enthusiasm, courtesy, adaptability, flexibility and a spirit of cooperation in all contexts;
/li liStrong analytical, problem solving, and creative thinking skills with an eye to details; /li liA knack for Identifying and analyzing problems, proposing solutions, and anticipating future problem areas before initiating action and implementing solutions; /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills, to a variety of constituencies and has experience facilitating and presenting; /li liA positive, can‑do attitude, projecting confidence and professionalism, as well as a strong sense of urgency;
