Overnight Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the primary point of contact with our customers. They are the “face” of PLS and are accountable for delivering superior customer service. They educate customers on our company products and services and ensure adherence to company quality standards and policies.
Job Responsibilities- Providing outstanding customer service to encourage repeat business
- Educating customers on our products and services
- Ensuring all transactions comply with federal, state, and local regulations
- Following company policies and procedures
- Maintaining a balanced cash drawer and completing transactions accurately
- Using our point-of-sale system to access information and process transactions
- Resolving customer complaints or referring them to the Store Manager for resolution
- Maintaining a neat and clean store environment for customers and team members
- Performing other duties as instructed by management
- Previous customer service experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant is preferred
- Ability, willingness, and comfort to engage with customers
- Strong verbal communication
- Ability to offer products and services to customers based on their needs
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Honesty and integrity
- Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- English fluency required;
English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
- Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. with little assistance
- Must be able to work in busy environments with moderate to high noise levels
