The Center for Professional and Workforce Impact focuses on expanding Tufts’ commitment to social mobility by producing research and offering cross-school educational programs that promote career readiness and advancement for learners at all stages and across industries and job roles.
The Center is developing short, noncredit workshops and courses targeting working professionals in the life sciences, healthcare, nutrition, and societal impact sectors. These modules, designed to be highly applicable across multiple jobs and industries, are on-demand and asynchronous, ranging from 5-10 hours in length.
We are seeking multiple content developers to design and develop Level 1 modules for various topics. Successful candidates may have future opportunities to develop synchronous and live engagement content.
The initial focus is on:
- Marketing Fundamentals: Core concepts and principles such as segmentation, strategy, channels, market research, and branding. This is targeted at small and medium-sized businesses and project teams without a formal marketing department.
