Job Overview
Join the BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst team at Northeast Family Services
. We are hiring full‑time and fee‑for‑service Board Certified Behavior Analysts with flexible hours and hybrid in‑person/telehealth options.
- Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Provide family consultations, training, and supervise behavior technicians.
- Deliver direct treatment focusing on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction.
- Maintain all required documentation: instructional programs, data collection, graphing, analysis, progress reports, behavior support plans.
- Master’s degree or PhD with BACB‑approved behavior analytic coursework.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Current LABA preferred.
- Minimum two years of related clinical experience with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism, developmental disabilities, and/or behavior challenges.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle.
- Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Experience developing and implementing behavioral interventions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Compassionate approach to care.
- Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments.
- Proficient with word processing and graphing software.
- Current with best practices and developments within the field of ABA.
