Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Part Time
Location: Burlington, MA and Surrounding Areas (Hybrid Option Available)

- Hourly: $70 - $80
- Flexible Hybrid Role: Up to 50% of this role can be done remotely, allowing you to balance your clinical work and administrative tasks on your terms. Telehealth is determined by the BCBA when it’s clinically effective for the client and BT

Your Role and Impact As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You’ll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

Schedule:
You’ll have control over when and where you supervise your cases, empowering you to design a schedule that works for you. - Administrative Support: Focus on clinical care while scheduling, billing, and credentialing are handled by our dedicated team.
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
