The Hospital Registration team manages all aspects of patient access for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. Focused on efficiency, accuracy, and a patient‑centered approach, the department ensures timely admissions, verifies insurance eligibility, and maintains compliance withulluni and payer requirements. The team collaborates closely with clinical, financial, and support departments to deliver seamless service and uphold CHA’s standards of quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
The Patient Access Representative is responsible for accurate and timely registration of the hospital patients. They are required to stay abreast of changes in insurance plan requirements that pertain to referral management and point‑.nic hospice collection requirements. They will communicate any changes to registration staff Rally and are responsible for training new employees as needed. The overall goal of this position is to ensure high‑_PC quality service for patients and accuracy of information during pre‑and post‑visit interactions.
QualificationsAssociate Degree preferred.
