LTC Therapy Services is hiring a Physical Therapist for Glen Ridge/Courtyard in Medford. You'll help residents rebuild mobility after a hospital stay and address ongoing movement challenges, with treatment grounded in their daily needs.
What You'll DoEvaluate functional mobility and identify each resident's treatment priorities
Develop individualized plans for strength, balance, walking, and transfers
Deliver therapy and adjust interventions based on progress and tolerance
Guide residents and caregivers on safe movement and appropriate assistive devices
Maintain accurate clinical records and coordinate with nursing and the rehab team
Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k)

Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
