As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (ABA Services), you will play a vital role in our team of dedicated professionals who provide compassionate, flexible, and collaborative in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (ABA Services), you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to design and implement individualized behavior analysis plans, providing ABA services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise will focus on assessing, analyzing, and developing interventions to address behavioral challenges, and promoting skill acquisition and maintenance.
Responsibilities:- Design and implement individualized behavior analysis plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Conduct assessments, analyze data, and develop interventions to address behavioral challenges
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide ABA services in-home and community-based settings
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives

- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or certification candidate
- Minimum 0 years of experience in ABA therapy or related field
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Excellent communication, assessment, and intervention skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
