About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated BCBA to join our team of professionals. In this part-time role, you will design and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans, providing ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism and related disorders. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and families to ensure the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities:- Design and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for assigned clients
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop data-driven interventions to address client needs
- Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients, either in-home or in-center
- Collaborate with BCaBAs, RBTs, and families to deliver consistent and effective treatment
- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and receive feedback
- Must be Board Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if traveling to client's homes)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
