As Hotel General Manager, you’ll lead all aspects of hotel operations — from Front Office and Housekeeping to Maintenance and Sales. You’ll ensure every guest feels valued, every associate feels supported, and every department runs seamlessly.

• Inspiring, coaching, and leading a passionate team to deliver best‑in‑class hospitality.
• Bring to life Hyatt’s core, award‑winning service standards through leading by example.
• Overseeing all daily operations to ensure exceptional quality, cleanliness, and service.
• Developing strategic business and financial plans that drive results and profitability.
• Partnering with Sales and Marketing to create innovative revenue‑generating initiatives.
• Building strong community relationships and staying in tune with local market trends.
• Recruiting, training, and developing top talent — fostering a culture of excellence and fun.
• Maintaining strict adherence to financial controls, company standards, and brand expectations.
• Oversee full renovation of the property as it becomes re‑imagined into the premiere hotel in the north of Boston.

• A seasoned hospitality leader with 5+ years of hotel General Manager experience.
• Energetic, motivated, and passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences.
• A strategic thinker and hands‑on operator who leads by example.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000
