Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the direction and performance of consulting, design or construction management services for assigned projects that are greater in scope, valuation and complexity, and that involve larger teams than those generally managed by a Project Manager. The role includes client relationship management to create a positive experience that will lead to future work. Projects often involve several subcontracts and may include multiple aspects of an integrated ONEsolution delivery methodology.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum of seven years of successful Project Management experience.

Additional Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Team‑oriented individual capable of leading and managing large teams including subcontractors.
• Demonstrated success in acting as a Project Manager.
• Intermediate understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution and delivery in design and construction.
• Minimum 8 hours of leadership/supervisory training annually.

• Direct and perform consulting, design or construction management services for projects of greater scope, valuation and complexity with larger teams.
• Manage client relationships and create a positive experience that leads to future work.
