Responsibilities

In our structured Training Program, you’ll learn our business from day one and serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners. You’ll master the skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations expertise
  • Build and maintain community relationships essential to business growth
  • Participate in mentorship and training sessions
  • Apply a customer‑first mindset across all interactions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 6 months of recent experience (last 5 years) in sales/customer service, leadership, or related fields
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations/accidents in past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol conviction (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • At least 18 years old
