Registered Nurse – DSD (DaVita Kidney Care)

Location: 56 Liberty St, Danvers, MA 01923

Schedule: 3 days a week, 12+ hour shifts (Occasional Saturday). No on‑call.

Compensation: $44.00‑$61.00 per hour. Total rewards package includes 401(k) match, health coverage and additional benefits.

As a DaVita Skilled Nursing Dialysis Services Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive dialysis care to patients in skilled nursing facilities (SNF). You will troubleshoot patient needs, coordinate with SNF staff, educate patients and families, and supervise dialysis technicians to meet capacity and efficiency goals.

• Provide independent, best‑practice dialysis care and monitor clinical outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on dialysis treatment and self‑management.
• Collaborate with SNF staff to coordinate care plans and schedules.
• Manage complex cases, multitask, and apply critical thinking to continuously improve patient outcomes.
• Assist in the development of program infrastructure and service line growth.
• Train and supervise dialysis technicians to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Combination of classroom and hands‑on learning through DaVita’s award‑winning training programs.
• Training may take place at a facility or training clinic with new teammates.
• Initial hours during training vary, typically 32‑40 hours per week.
• Possible support of additional local SNF sites.

• Current RN license in the state of practice; minimum 12 months RN experience.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program (BSN or three‑year diploma accepted).
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.

• Experience in chronic hemodialysis, acute dialysis, or peritoneal dialysis (PD).
• Training/teaching/healthcare education background.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).
