Regal Care is thrilled to announce the addition of Regal Care at Glen Ridge at Medford to the family! Under new ownership (Formerly Genesis Health Care), we are recruiting RN/LPNs for full‑or‑part‑time 11‑7 shifts. We’re seeking dedicated LPNs and RNs to join our team. Whether you’re looking for full‑time or part‑time opportunities, we have positions available for you.

Sign‑on Bonus:
Full‑time RNs and LPNs are eligible for a $5,000 sign‑on bonus when hired for full‑time working at least 30 hours per week. Part‑time positions offer a $2,500 sign‑on for those working a minimum of 24 hours per week.

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated RN/LPN Charge Nurses to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing personalized care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring their comfort and well‑being. We welcome both experienced nurses and new graduates to apply.

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal delivery, turning, ambulating, and providing nourishment throughout shifts
• Help residents with personal hygiene tasks
• Monitor residents’ health and report any issues to the supervising nurse
• Document resident food and fluid intake
• Assist with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of resident living areas
• Transport residents within the facility as needed
• Collaborate with nurses and other staff members as required
• Adhere to professional standards and follow facility policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility data

• Valid MA RN/LPN license in good standing
• Experience is not required; new RN/LPN grads are welcome to apply
• Commitment to providing high‑quality care to residents
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
