Regal Care at Greenwich is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team. We are a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility committed to delivering outstanding care and creating a supportive environment for both residents and staff.

• Provide leadership and oversight for the nursing department to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff, fostering a positive and professional work culture.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, residents, and families to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Oversee quality assurance, infection control, and survey readiness programs.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and adherence to best practices.

• Current RN license in Massachusetts (required).
• 3-5 years of nursing management experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey processes.
• Commitment to resident‑centered care and staff development.
