Regal Care at Greenwich Pay Range

Base pay range: $33.00/hr - $55.00/hr

Shift Times: 11pm-7am, 1st and 2nd shift available also.

Sign-On Bonuses: $5,000 for Full-time, $2,500 for Part-time.

Regal Care at Courtyard is a short and long term care facility located in Medford, MA. We are currently seeking RN/LPN Charge Nurses to join our team! Full time, part time and per diem RN/LPN openings on all three shifts. Experience is not required and new RN/LPN grads are welcome!

Candidates must possess a valid MA LPN license in good standing.

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, including, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
• Help Residents with personal hygiene
• Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Document Resident food and fluid intake
• Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• Making the Resident’s beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
• Transport Residents within the facility
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed
• Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
• Abide by all federal, state, and local requirements and standards
• Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data
