As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN/LPN Nursing Manager to join our team.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated RN/LPN Nursing Manager to oversee our nursing unit during day shifts with an on‑call rotation. The Unit Manager will provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality care to our residents and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the nursing unit and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
  • Conduct regular rounds to assess resident needs and monitor the quality of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Participate in resident assessments, care conferences, and discharge planning.
  • Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff, providing clinical guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
  • Participate in an on‑call rotation to provide support and guidance to staff during off‑hours.
Requirements
  • Valid RN or LPN license in the state of MA.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of long‑term care regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire staff to provide exceptional care.
  • Flexibility to participate in an on‑call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
