King Risk Partners, LLC is a growing, client‑focused agency serving businesses across the New England region. We are looking for driven Commercial Lines Account Executives to build and grow their own book of business, nurture long‑term B2B relationships, and deliver innovative coverage solutions to clients in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and surrounding areas.
Location:
New England region (Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire). Remote flexibility is available.
Base salary plus commission.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and acquire new business revenue from qualified prospects and existing clients primarily by telephone, written communication, and personal visits.
- Conduct client and prospect appointments to assess business and insurance needs, communicate proposals and renewals, and provide coverage and pricing options.
- Submit, rate, quote, and place quality new business in accordance with agency and company appetites/guidelines.
- Assemble and submit accurate insurance applications and underwriting information.
- Negotiate coverage and pricing terms in collaboration with the marketing and service teams.
- Develop and convey formal proposals of insurance.
- Support cross‑sell efforts through a referral network.
- Develop and promote strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Achieve predetermined sales goals.
- Communicate effectively with customers, agency, and company personnel.
- Adhere to workflow, procedure, and AMS
360/CRM usage standards. - Maintain required pipeline, activity, and sales reports; attend meetings as required.
- Keep informed of industry developments through community involvement and continuing education.
- Comply with state insurance regulatory requirements regarding licensing and continuing education.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
- Active property and casualty license in New England.
- 3–5+ years of successful insurance sales experience.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office/Microsoft Windows Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 60 % during the day; must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and appropriate vehicle insurance.
- Extensive knowledge of various insurance products and policies.
- Ability to determine the best insurance policy for individual clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and sales skills.
- Ability to identify and contact prospective clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
