What You'll Do:
Be the Face and Force Behind Our Studios Growth

Make 50+ outbound calls per day to engage leads, reconnect with past visitors, and fill intro sessions

Deliver dynamic, informative studio tours and guide first-time guests through their initial experiences

Close sales by emphasizing value over price and connecting our service to clients personal goals

Navigate objections with confidence, empathy, and professionalism

Promote retail and service add-ons that elevate client results

Client Experience & Studio Operations

Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and energy

Juggle front desk dutieschecking in clients, answering phones, booking sessions, and supporting Flexologists

Troubleshoot day-to-day studio needs quickly and effectively

Keep the studio clean, organized, and guest-ready

Use Club Ready (or similar CRM) to stay on top of follow-ups and manage lead pipelines

Community & Marketing Support

Contribute to social media, local outreach, and studio marketing events

Represent the Stretch Lab brand with passionboth inside and outside the studio

Who You Are

You have sales experience in fitness, wellness, or service environments (gym, spa, salon, boutique studio)

Youre comfortable on the phone, skilled in objection-handling, and confident with structured sales

Youre organized, goal-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments

You love building rapport and helping people feel comfortable with something new

Youre available for at least 1520 hours/week, including evenings or Saturdays

You live in or near Medford, MA, and have a reliable commute

Youre motivated by results and love earning commission through performance
