Job Description – Licensed Fire Sprinkler Technician

Position Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Fire Sprinkler Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for servicing, inspecting, and repairing fire sprinkler systems and fire pumps for established customers. Duties include conducting service calls, performing system testing and inspections, troubleshooting and repairs, identifying code issues, and preparing accurate service reports.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Conduct scheduled service calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Test and inspect fire sprinkler systems and fire pumps to prescribed standards.
  • Perform on-site emergency troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Participate in on-call rotation shifts as scheduled.
  • Prepare accurate, timely, and detailed service tickets and reports.
Qualifications
  • Valid MA Journeyman Sprinkler License required.
  • Minimum 5 years of fire sprinkler experience.
  • Knowledge of applicable fire codes and regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • OSHA 10 certification preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Availability for on-call rotation.
