• Perform fire and water repair work, including framing of sub‑floors and light construction as part of the daily job.
• Work collaboratively as a self‑motivated team player.
• Assist with client interactions and maintain detailed documentation.

• General repair skills or experience in Carpentry, Flooring, or Tile.
• Ability to be trained and adapt to year‑round work requirements.
• Clean driver’s license and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Pass a drug test, background check, and DMV report.
