We are seeking an exceptional Instructor/Tutor to create engaging and productive learning experiences for students. The ideal candidate is bright, passionate, and dedicated, with strong interpersonal, mathematical, and instructional skills. This part‑time, flexible‑hour role offers a unique career path focused on helping the community and developing professional skills.

All applicants must complete a Math Literacy Test (Algebra II), demonstrate work authorization, and pass a background check. Successful candidates will complete training in the Mathnasium Method.

• Provide exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students.
• Engage positively with parents to establish confidence in the program.
• Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes.
• Teach in‑center, online, or hybrid using the Mathnasium Method and individualized instruction in a group setting.
• Assess students' progress throughout sessions and collaborate with team members to improve learning outcomes.
• Evaluate, grade, and correct student work and homework.
• Maintain a clean and professional learning environment.
• Assist with non‑teaching instructional tasks as needed.
