• Outside sales meetings and calls to build relationships.
• Application engineering using sound engineering principles.
• Project management of installations and schedule coordination.
• Technical support of existing equipment and remote troubleshooting.

• Integrated application engineering and design support for ventilation applications.
• Direct collaboration with engineers, contractors, end users, and dealers.
• Inside sales support, application engineering, and outside sales.
• Presentations, quotes, submittals, technical product support, job site visits, and troubleshooting.
• Educate and promote Captive Aire products through calls, meetings, and demos.
• Research and develop new business opportunities.

• 0-5 years experience.
• 4 year technical degree in mechanical, electrical, construction, or science-oriented curriculum preferred.
• Excellent computer, organizational, communication, presentation skills.
• Problem solving with continuous learning passion.
• Strong customer interface desire.
• Embrace new technologies and business savvy.
• Passion for aggressive success.
• Willing to travel for training.
• Expectation of FE Exam completion within 6 months of employment.

$70k-$100k base, negotiable, with additional monthly bonus based on productivity and profits.
