Schedule

Join Us as a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in-home or clinic-based.
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans.
• Use electronic tools such as Central Reach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision.
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation (travel up to 20 miles from home to service location).
• RBT certification is preferred, but not required – if you’re positive, motivated, and eager to learn, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
• Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule.
• Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs., moving with children).

Work Location

This position will provide center-based services at our clinic in Jackson, NJ. Candidates must have reliable transportation. We offer premium pay for sessions scheduled after 5 PM.

Shift Hours

We are seeking candidates who are available during the 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM time block with a requirement of Monday-Friday, 5 days per week. We will work to match you with cases scheduled within that window. This role is expected to offer roughly 20-35 hours per week.
