Team Lead – Neuro Restorative

Neuro Restorative, part of the Sevita family, offers rehabilitation services for individuals with brain, spinal cord, and medically complex injuries, illnesses, and other challenges across a range of locations and community‑based settings. Our programs include vocational and therapy services, day treatments, and specialized care for infants, children, adolescents, military service members, and veterans.

• Provide leadership and supervision to staff in the residence and community while delivering direct services to individuals served.
• Attend training sessions and ensure service objectives align with organizational goals.
• Participate in community outings, house orientations for new employees, and model documentation accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with staffing needs, recruitment, and shift objectives.
• Deliver services such as skills training, job coaching, and behavior management according to Individual Plans (IP) and treatment team.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of direct service experience in the human services field.
• Valid driver's license with at least one year of driving, car registration, and valid auto insurance.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, reliability, compassion, and a commitment to quality.
