We are hiring in Medford, NJ (Hybrid) ASAP!

Are you a person who thrives on finding exceptional talent and building strong candidate pipelines? Haz Tek is looking for a Candidate Sourcer to play a critical role in identifying and engaging top safety professionals who keep our clients' projects moving forward.

In this fast-paced role
, you'll build and maintain talent pipelines, connect with qualified candidates, and help ensure our in house recruiting team has candidates to make an immediate impact.

Recent College Graduates will be considered! We’re looking for an energetic and detail-loving Junior Recruiter to join our team!

Your work will make a real impact by helping us hire great people faster—and have some fun while doing it.

• Develop an intimate understanding of the Safety industry in order to be an effective partner to hiring managers, and to fill roles.
• Proactively source and engage qualified construction safety professionals.
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline of vetted candidates with varying levels of qualifications and experience for assigned positions and geographies.
• Conduct specialized, targeted recruiting effort.
• Coordinate daily with Recruting Manager on projected sourcing needs.
• Utilize ATS (ICIMS) to search for candidates.
• Utilize all Social Media outlets to supply our recruiting team with strong pools of candidates.
• Develop relationships with passive candidates through networking and outreach.
• Help ensure Haz Tek remains ahead of hiring demands by maintaining a steady pipeline of top talent.
• Assist with projects and tasks, as directed

• Previous sourcing experience is a plus.
• Experience using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to portray a positive, enthusiastic, and energetic demeanor
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience using a variety of current, efficient and cost-effective sourcing techniques and systems
• One (1) year of work experience supporting a decentralized workforce

Work Schedule and

Location:

Hybrid – One-Two days per week in our Corporate Medford, NJ office, rest of the week will be remote. Work schedule is generally M-F-8am-5pm, some periodic weekend or evening work is expected.
