Summary- We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- This full-time role is based in Medford, NJ, and involves servicing skilled nursing facilities.
- The position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and requires proficiency in general office technology.
- NP or PA license in (insert whatever state it is in)
- Board Certification
- Ideally 1 Year of experience in an SNF setting, open to transferrable experience including new grads
- Manage all open wounds, including cleaning and dressing
- Complete admission paperwork for new residents
- Provide advice and support to residents and their families
- Monitor residents and administer medications and treatments
- Document resident care services accurately
- Adhere to infection-control policies and protocols
- Resolve resident problems using multidisciplinary team strategies
