Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Per Diem

Join our Outpatient Apartment Care Unit as an LPN
, where you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional resident care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You'll coordinate nursing care for residents and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. If you're dedicated to providing compassionate care and leading a team.

• $28.50/hr to $32.50/hr to Start (depending on experience)

Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license for the State of New Jersey
