We’re a community‑focused bank committed to delivering a superior customer experience. This full‑time position (approx. 40 hours per week) is located at our Medford, NJ financial center in Burlington County. The schedule must accommodate branch hours (no Sundays).

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
• Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and use the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and other resources to foster relationship‑building conversations with customers, ensuring a consistent approach to new customer onboarding and expanding existing relationships.
• Provide ongoing support regarding products and services; open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests, and assist with operational activities and responsibilities, maintaining flexibility between sales and teller transactions.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.

Education (Required):
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience (Required): 1+ years customer service or sales experience.

Preferred Experience
: 6–12 months cash handling experience.

Compensation
:
Hourly rate $18.25 – $28.61. Specific compensation is determined based on a combination of factors including experience and relevant credentials.
