Duties and Responsibilities- Coordinate the monthly accounting close for all entities.
- Prepare financial and budget-to-actual reports for investors, funders and internal purposes.
- Assist with the annual financial statement audits.
- Record financial transactions through multiple sources including:
- accounts payable
- accounts receivable
- bank activity
- credit cards
- purchase orders
- Maintain client accounts.
- Special projects as needed.
- Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings.
A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in accounting. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other related business field preferred. Individual must be highly detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels in the organization is a must. Experience with Net Suite a plus. Experience in not-for-profit or real estate development a plus.
Salary$65,000 - $70,000
