Construction Manager — Hybrid Role | Based in Nassau or Suffolk County, NY

Our client is a leading Energy Services provider specializing in energy optimization and performance contracting. Their work spans a wide range of sectors including commercial, corrections, federal government, healthcare, K-12 and higher education, municipal and state government, transportation, and utilities. From advanced facility upgrades to innovative waste-to-energy strategies, they deliver a full portfolio of proven solutions designed to improve performance, generate long-term savings, and create measurable value for clients.

• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely completion of project milestones with the highest quality standards
• Monitor labor, materials, contractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient resource utilization
• Support the Project Manager in delivering projects on schedule and within budget
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Facilitate smooth transitions from engineering to project execution phases
• Provide input on the selection of subcontractors and vendors to ensure alignment with project requirements and quality standards
• Liaise with governmental and regulatory agencies to coordinate field inspections and ensure compliance
• Stay up to date on industry technology and tools relevant to project execution

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction
• Hands-on experience in Electrical or Mechanical Construction Management
• Strong working knowledge of Mechanical, HVAC, and Electrical project execution in the field
• Proficient in scheduling (Microsoft Project), cost control, and project management tools (Excel, Word, and other construction-related software)
• Must currently reside in Nassau or Suffolk County, NY
