IT & Data Support Specialist

Concern Housing is seeking a tech‑savvy and service‑oriented IT & Data Support Specialist to join our team and help drive technology adoption, data integration, and user support across the organization. The IT & Data Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting staff with desktop applications, advanced data tools, and cross‑platform system integration. This position will also assist with AI‑related initiatives and provide hands‑on support to users experiencing technical issues.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktop applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist staff with advanced Excel functions, formulas, and data modeling.
- Support Power BI report creation, analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Help correlate and integrate data from systems such as Yardi, Net Suite, and other cloud‑based platforms.
- Participate in AI‑related initiatives and assist staff in adopting new technologies.
- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot software and system access issues.
- Create documentation and training materials to improve digital literacy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth system operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.), Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with Yardi, Net Suite, or other enterprise systems.
- Basic understanding of AI tools and their practical applications.
- Experience in automating processes and improving workflows, especially using AI and automation tools.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with HR, finance, and compliance teams.
- Prior experience in IT support or data analysis preferred.
- Knowledge of data privacy/security best practices.
- Familiarity with nonprofit operations and reporting is a plus.

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
