Roofer Commercial and Residential Repairs

We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofing Mechanics to join our growing Service & Repair Division. This role focuses primarily on commercial service work and repairs across Long Island, NYC, and the tri-state area, with some residential repairs as needed.

• Perform commercial roofing repairs, service calls, leak investigations, and diagnostics

• Conduct thorough roof inspections and identify deficiencies

• Complete residential roofing repairs as needed

• Document work with photos, notes, and repair forms

• Communicate clearly with the office and customers regarding findings and recommendations

• Safely operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles

• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and industry best practice

• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures

• Commercial roofing experience required (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Built-Up, etc.)

$25.00 – $60.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
