Job DescriptionConcern Housing is seeking a Program Supervisor for the CTAP Program to be responsible for the overall supervision of the CTAP program and responsible for managing the program in a manner that promotes client growth, safety, and the effective delivery of rehabilitation services.
Duties and Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the provision of direct care services; manage caseloads accordingly; provide direct support to clients during times of staffing challenges.
- Supervise program staff on a weekly basis; provide staff training as needed.
- Ensure program compliance with agency standards of care as well as regulatory guidelines, including OMH’s licensed program requirements and Medicaid billable services, such as:
- the provision of 6 services monthly to each client
- Service Plans and Reviews according to due date requirements
- the obtainment of Physician Authorizations according to due date requirements
- Maintain up-to-date tracking systems of all documentation due dates to ensure compliance.
- Complete periodic staff evaluations; participate in hiring and dismissal of staff.
- Ensure staff remain in compliance with agency‑issued documentation sign‑offs and Relias trainings.
- Provide 24/7 crisis intervention support.
- Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Community Residence Programs.
- Master’s Degree preferred in Psychology, Social Work or related mental health field with at least 3 years experience working in a similar setting and/or working with people with mental illnesses.
- The individual in this position must have good leadership and supervisory skills, good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to make sound judgments regarding client care.
- Residential experience a plus.
