PositionSummary
Your Impact (Essential Duties):
- Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
- Perform quarterly and annual accounting to support tax preparation
- Review prior returns and documents to identify and address missing information
- Record tax information with attention to big‑picture implications, including related entities
- Ensure data accuracy and communicate necessary information for tax filings
- Calculate quarterly and annual estimated tax liabilities accurately
- Participate in tax planning as experience allows to identify client opportunities
- Communicate with team members and clients, as directed, to support tax projects
- Contribute to team efforts and maintain professional development through training
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize engagements
- Perform other duties and display flexibility to take on a variety of responsibilities assigned by firm leadership
- Meet annual billable hour and other targets to fulfill individual performance and overall firm productivity
- CPA license or eligible
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Understanding of tax laws and ability to adapt to changes
- Proficiency with tax preparation software and related tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in calculations and records
- Capability to follow procedures and produce high‑quality work
- Full‑time commitment and flexibility to work beyond regular hours to meet team deadlines

Location:
Medford, OR | Salary: $130,000 – $215,000
