Ford Certified Technician – Lithia & Driveway

Join the busy, high‑earning shop at Crater Lake Ford (L0316). Our technicians are guaranteed at least 40 hours per week.

Pay & Training

Pay Range: $45.00 per flat rate hour plus additional based on experience and certifications.

Paid guaranteed hours for the first 90 days, paid Ford training including travel.

Skills & Experience

We are looking for ambitious and skilled service technicians, experienced with a variety of cars, trucks, and vans, willing to learn the Ford brand and grow their career with us.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • Prior automotive technician experience required
  • Ability to work with manual and automatic transmissions
  • Willingness to grow, learn dealership and Ford brand
  • ASE certifications preferred
  • Attention to detail and safety protocols
  • Ability to navigate new technology
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Responsibilities
  • Perform work outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, per Lithia and manufacturer standards
  • Diagnose cause of malfunction
  • Road‑test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work
  • Document work performed and test procedures/results
  • Maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications through required training
  • Use shop supplies and materials in an economical manner
  • Maintain inventory of normal mechanical tools and special tools as required
