Union Laborer

We are a thriving design-build commercial construction company founded in 1977 and we want you to join our team. We are currently accepting applications for Union Laborers. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of construction experience and possess a collaborative work ethic, being able to work both in a team and independently on occasion. We are looking for individuals who are eager to develop and apply their skills in ways that make a positive impact to our local communities.

Provide support and assistance to the other skilled crafts on the project. Laborers provide support for the carpenters and for the concrete operation in general installation.

• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean work area at all times.
• Perform duties as allowed by associated collective bargaining agreement and/or project labor agreement.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.

• Belong to local union with current membership
• Background check may be required.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand, bend, squat, and kneel for extended periods.
• Occasional out-of-town travel
• Drug screening per union requirements.
• Dependable and punctual
