Service Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our fast-paced environment at Johnson RV. It’s more than a Service Advisor role; we need an outstanding communicator with a natural positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to owning the customer experience.

The successful candidate will greet customers as they schedule appointments and act as a liaison between customers and service technicians. This role is sales-minded and will handle a volume of work, requiring multitasking and the ability to shift priorities as business needs dictate.

Location:

Medford, OR.

• Greet service department customers promptly and courteously
• Listen to each customer and clearly articulate needs to the technician
• Provide accurate estimates of repairs and maintenance costs
• Follow up on repair status to inform customers efficiently
• Work with manufacturers and file claims in a timely manner
• Notify customers when RV/trailer is ready for pickup
• Explain repairs and associated costs to customers
• Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
• Keep Service Manager informed of problems or potential problems
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior service advisor experience is a plus
• Prior warranty claims submission is a plus
• Dispatching, customer service experience a plus
• Proven ability to achieve profitability and growth
