WhatYou'll Do
As an optometrist at Eyecare Associates of Southern Oregon, you’ll have the opportunity to practice full‑scope optometry in a supportive environment, providing a broad range of services such as annual eye exams, glaucoma management, and specialized dry eye treatment. With a daily patient volume of 18 to 22, you’ll be backed by a dedicated team, allowing you to focus on personalized, patient‑centered care.
This full‑time position, open to both experienced professionals and recent graduates, runs Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and comes with an appealing compensation package that includes a sign‑on and relocation bonus, medical insurance, malpractice coverage, a production‑based bonus, and a continuing education allowance to foster your professional growth.
You are a dedicated optometrist with proven clinical expertise and a commitment to delivering exceptional, patient‑centered care. The ideal candidate is a licensed professional in Oregon, preferably with residency training and at least two years of prior experience, who brings a deep understanding of contemporary optical solutions and the latest advancements in contact lens technology. You have experience managing a diverse range of patient needs, including urgent cases and surgical co‑management, and you thrive on staying current with industry trends, innovative products, and lens technologies.

Job Specifications- Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D., including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure
- 1‑3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong business aptitude, self‑discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties
