Coverage Needed
- ASAP - Ongoing
- Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm - Call: 4-6 nights a month, plus approximately 1 weekend a month
- Beeper 20-30 minute response time
Clinical Details
- Mix of onsite and telehealth work
- Call shared between two locations
- Types of calls: IDT, consultation and med consults, telehealth visits, CTIs
- Current patient load: 62 patients at primary location

Requirements
- Active OR license and OR DEA
- Board Certification or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency
- BC or BE in FM, IM highly preferred in Hospice
- BLS
- Ample experience in hospice work if FM or IM
