Hospice​/Palliative Medicine Physician

Are you a Hospice physician searching for your next locum tenens opportunity? This position with one of VISTA's healthcare partners in Oregon might be the perfect fit for you!

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with lunch when able;
  Call 4-6 nights per month plus approximately 1 weekend per month;
  Guaranteed 8 hours per day; OT applies after 9 hours per day
• Job Setting: Hospital System;
  Mix of onsite and telehealth work preferred (telehealth only candidates will be considered but some willingness to work onsite required)
• Types of Cases: Hospice care including IDT, consultation and med consults, telehealth visits, CTIs;
  Shared call between Portland and Medford;
  Currently 62 patients in Medford (primary work at Medford, back up provider for Portland)
• Credentialing:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified or truly Board Eligible within 5 years of residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine;
  Highly prefer Hospice certification;
  If FM or IM, MUST have ample experience in hospice work
• Certifications: BLS Required
• Licensure: Active OR license and OR DEA
