Manager Finance; Accounting

Asante is seeking a Manager of Finance (Accounting) to lead and oversee the operations of our financial departments. This role is responsible for managing staff and processes across Accounting, Accounts Payable, Payroll, General Ledger, Audit, Budget, and external reporting for all Asante entities. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a collaborative spirit to drive financial excellence and compliance.

• Lead and develop accounting staff through mentoring, goal setting, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, recognition, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal and external standards.
• Manage General Ledger processes to provide overall direction for priorities and goals. Serve as a technical resource for staff and review work products to support reliance on output by both internal and external users of financial information.
• Oversee staff review and/or reconciliation of system-generated reports to ensure timeliness and follow‑up on identified problems.

• Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible finance experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting, accounts payable, and payroll.
  • Proven leadership experience.
• Preferred:
  • Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation.
