• Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
• Manage long-term relationships with healthcare providers, clinical staff, and other key stakeholders
• Execute territory sales strategies through in-person and virtual communications
• Identify and address territory-specific opportunities and barriers to product success
• Uphold the highest ethical standards and comply with FDA guidelines and industry practices

• BS/BA degree in science or a related field AND a minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or relevant sales experience
• Professional expertise in healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong sales and account management disposition
• Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Master’s degree in science or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
• Familiarity with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
• Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams
