Professional caregiver who delivers compassionate, personalized support to seniors in Medford and surrounding areas.

• Build meaningful relationships by being a trusted, positive presence in a senior’s life.
• Provide expert personal care, including Hoyer lift, bed bath, and bed‑bound assistance, as well as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Offer essential home support such as preparing nutritious meals, light housekeeping, errands, and reliable transportation.
• Promote health and safety by reminding clients about medication and maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the Home Instead team.
• Help seniors navigate the challenges of aging with dignity, compassion, and respect; experience with Alzheimer’s or dementia is strongly preferred.

• At least 18 years of age.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in a facility or in‑home care setting.
• Proficiency with Hoyer lifts, bed baths, and bed‑bound care.
• Comfortable assisting with personal care needs, including bathing, toileting, and incontinence support.
• Weekend availability required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and the Oregon ORCHARDS background check.
