Physical Therapist – Outpatient Neuro | Full-Time, Day | Medford, OR

Your expertise helps patients regain independence and improve quality of life. Each plan you create directly impacts recovery outcomes and strengthens the neuro rehab team.
What You’ll Do:- Evaluate and treat patients with neurological conditions
- Deliver skilled physical therapy based on individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery
- Occasionally provide specialized therapy as needed
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire
- BLS – American Heart Association (within 30 days of hire)
- Occasionally specialized PT experience or training may be required
