What You’ll Do:- Evaluate and treat patients based on individualized care plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to maximize patient function
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery goals
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Oregon Physical Therapist License (upon hire)
- BLS – American Heart Association (within 30 days of hire)
