Every assessment and treatment directly impacts patient outcomes while strengthening our orthopedic rehab team and enhancing patient independence.
What You’ll Do:- Provide skilled orthopedic physical therapy to patients/clients with diverse diagnoses.
- Evaluate, treat, and document patient progress according to individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality care.
- Occasionally provide specialized therapy based on department needs.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire.
- BLS – American Heart Association (within 30 days of hire).
- For PL540 (PCC) & PL580 (BNC) ONLY – DHS background check required upon hire.
