Senior Patient Scheduler – Providence Medford Medical Center, Medford, OR

The Imaging Support / Scheduler is accountable for scheduling various complex imaging and medical procedures (Interventional, Nuclear Medicine, Anesthesia, Short Stay, and Admitting) by obtaining appropriate exam information, specialized equipment/resources, implant details, and current/historical medical information (ICD coding, medical history, allergies, and demographic profile). The role supports Providence caregivers who are invaluable.

Schedule and coordinate complex imaging and medical procedures; obtain exam details and equipment resources; collect and document ICD coding, medical history, allergies, and demographic data; collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely patient care.

• 2 years of medical and/or clerical experience.
• Demonstrated outstanding customer service experience.

• Coursework or training in Business or college courses.
• Diagnostic imaging experience.
