Assists in real time catering functions and special events to ensure client specifications are adhered to and that all functions listed on event sheets run smooth and efficient. Possesses knowledge of food production, service, event logistics and has the ability to ensure that all required details can be delivered as promised.

Must be flexible and available on weekends

Varies day to day and week to week

• Execute community events end-to-end by reviewing event worksheets and ensuring all details (guest count, menu, timing, setup, service, and cleanup) are delivered as planned.

• Coordinate and manage all event logistics in real time, including last-minute needs (equipment, décor, vendors), problem-solving on the spot, and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.

• Partner closely with the Campus Events Manager, Director of Community Engagement, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear expectations and seamless execution.

• Oversee event preparation and operations, including pre-collection of goods, organizing service/storage areas across buildings, and operating Manor vehicles as needed.

• Uphold all policies, permits, and standards (Food Handlers Card, OLCC), attend required meetings/trainings, and bring a positive, people-first attitude to every event.
